What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe

All of our properties continue to monitor and stay abreast of recommendations from Florida Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and other regulatory and public health agencies to help minimize the spread of the virus.

We continued to staff the buildings and maintained services despite the reduced population. We continue to thoroughly clean common areas and tenant spaces. This included high dusting, extra floor care, carpet shampooing, etc…

We also programmed all HVAC systems to increase fresh air circulation as per CDC and ASHRAE guidelines. Building-wide, air filters have been replaced.

And as you may be aware, security staff has remained on-site to ensure all buildings’ occupants and property are protected.
